AIRFRAME
Restoration of the airframe has been started.
We are using the Poly Fiber system on our aircraft. All new wood has been coated with epoxy varnish
Original wood that is exposed has been coated with epoxy varnish
The metal is being coated with epoxy prime
The fuselage is painted with epoxy paint and has been partly assembled. The windshields have new glass installed
Ailerons are covered through silver
Flaps are covered through silver
Wings are covered and painted through silver and one wing needs wood and cover
Center section spars have new webbing and new ribs (Plywood for cover included. $1,200 added to the price due to arrival shipment of plywood for the center section)
Center section ready for final inspection and wood cover
Landing gear installed for fit
Wheels painted yellow with new bearings
New tires and tubes.
POWER PLANT
We will provide a Ranger engine core that can be overhauled and installed. For an additional $7,500.00, a freshly overhauled engine will be included.
